Job Description
Adoniece Travels & Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to manage our international and local placement services. You will source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews with partner employers, and provide ongoing support to placed candidates. This role is ideal for someone with HR experience who wants to make a meaningful impact connecting talent with opportunity.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Experience with job boards and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of international labour markets is an advantage.
